  My husband and I were with our agent for many, many years and only heard from him when our policies were up for renewal. Actually, we never heard directly from him - we just received the renewal notices. He never reviewed our coverage, asked if anything had changed in our lives, recommended any changes or even reassured us that our coverage was appropriate for our needs. After a particularly frustrating conversation where I had to reach out to the agent about changing our coverage, it was high time we switched. We talked to Jason and his team and, in stark contrast, they were attentive and took the time to help us decipher what we need... AND we are paying less on our policies! Thanks, Jason! :)
