  My husband and I unexpectedly had to sell our home. We searched for a few realtors in the area and came across Barbara. After reading the reviews from other people and found they were very favorable with her, we decided to have her sell our home. She is the greatest realtor we have ever worked with. Our home was listed on several social media websites as well as the MLS. Within two days we had 5 offers. Our escrow was to close in 30 days and it closed two days before promised. She is quick to respond to your needs and sees things through to the end. She goes above and beyond her duties as a realtor. The buyers wanted smoke detectors installed in every bedroom and she paid for them out of her own pocket and had her family install them. We wanted to reimburse her for them but she insisted that she didn't need us to do that. The house needed a few minor repairs and she was there every time to see it was done. You will not go wrong in hiring Barbara Bruce as your realtor. If we had to do it over, we would without hesitation hire her again. She's the best.
