  Alert .. Never be fooled to use them.. They take your money and never provide a close to even fair service. Hired them for unlawful detention and they got $870 in advance. They filed the UD after so many emails and phone calls and the tenant left the apartment before they were able to give me a court date. Robert recommended I get a lawyer which he will hire for an extra $350 but there was no need for one .. This is all a scheme to take more money... then I had to file for a small case to get my late rent and apartment repairs. Robert prepared the case docs and got paid another $350 to serve the defendants and file the proof of service with the court.. On the first trial date I discovered that he never filed the proof of service with the court. The court gave me another date after 3 month to do the proper serving.. after a a big phone fight with Robert, he went and did the serving again then filed it in court. I discovered that he served the wrong person and mailed the docs to the old tenant address (my appartment were tenant used to live). I called him but he confirmed that this serving is legal and tenant will receive the docs because they normally have set a new address forwarding with post office. Went for the 2nd trial date and tenant/defendant never showed up? The judge made a ruling to my favor and I thought it is end of story.!! But after one month I got a letter from the court stating that I need to appear in court again because tenant is complaining that she was never served . The court date was again after another 3 months. Today 9/16/2014 I went to court for 3rd time and the judge canceled the ruling because Robert served the tenant at an address they do not live in since they left this location more than 6 months back??? The judge gave us a new trial date after another 3 months.. So a simple job like serving a tenant was done awfully wrong with no focus and carelessness . Called Robert and told him if he does not refund my money then I will sue him in court for malpractice and fraud.. He laughed and seemed that he never cares and hang the phone !!!!! I have never seen such bad service before in my whole life!!!!

  UPDATE: The owner of this company (Robert) called me last night threatening me that if I do not take down my review, he will sue me. He said he has "150 lawyer friends who all owe him favors" and that it will "cost you a lot of money to defend yourself". He then hung up on me. I tried to call him back to discuss it rationally and he threatened me again and hung up on me again. I have about 75 emails supporting this review, a voicemail from Robert explaining what the lock out service includes (meeting the sheriff for the lock out among other things) AND a voicemail from the OC SHERIFF stating that my agent, Robert, did not show up for the pre-scheduled lock out. I'm pretty sure my ducks are in a row here. I have offered to him via email to resolve this by refunding me for the service he did not complete but the review stays up until then. Good luck future patrons! Btw, I will also be reporting him and his company to Yelp and Google for the intimidation and threats he made last night. Business owners should not have the right to try to intimidate people who leave honest but unflattering reviews. If they can do that, then what is the point? ORIGINAL REVIEW: If you need eviction help, do NOT go to these guys! Trust me! I'll start off with the bang...the BIGGEST reason I will never use them again (and this is BIG): when everything was processed and the lock out was scheduled at my rental home, Robert, the owner, didn't even show up to meet the sheriff! So, the sheriff was standing there waiting for over 20 minutes before she called me and said she was leaving (I was not aware the lock out was even scheduled - he never told me). She said because he didn't show, she was cancelling the eviction and we would have to start all over again. Not to mention, the lockout was a service they charged me extra for! The whole thing was absolutely dumbfounding and I was completely blown away. True unprofessionalism at every turn. Beyond the above, they were impossible to get a hold of (I would have to call multiple times and send several emails before I received a response). The assistant knew absolutely nothing so there was basically only one person that could answer any questions which was Robert, the owner. And, according to him and his assistants, he was in court most days so he was many times not available during the day. They botched paperwork (the sheriff called me and said the writ of possession was filled out wrong). Oh and don't believe the 27 days (or whatever it is) that they tout on their website...in my experience, it took almost 45 days and that is with me staying on top of them. In my opinion, this is the worst company for evictions. Save yourself the headache and go to someone else. I am reporting them to the BBB as well.
